Nuopuen’s project work can cover the complete product solution, hardware development, embedded software, communication protocols, industrial and structural design, prototypes, testing, PCBA production and finished-device manufacturing.
Scope, acceptance criteria and responsibilities should be agreed before work starts. A full-device project and a board-only project use different deliverable lists.
| Stage | Work and discussion | Review point |
|---|---|---|
| 01 Requirements | Clarify application, output functions, interfaces, target market and expected quantity. | Agreed requirements and open questions. |
| 02 Product solution | Define architecture, hardware and software scope, structural needs and commercial terms. | Confirmed scope and project deliverables. |
| 03 Development | Carry out the agreed hardware, embedded software, protocol and mechanical work. | Design review against the requirements. |
| 04 Prototype and test | Prepare and evaluate the prototype; resolve changes and testing needs. | Accepted prototype and documented revisions. |
| 05 Production preparation | Confirm the released configuration, technical materials and manufacturing requirements. | Production configuration and acceptance conditions. |
| 06 Manufacturing and handover | Produce PCBAs and finished devices within the agreed scope and deliver the defined technical materials. | Agreed product and documentation handover. |
For a Hong Kong client’s single-probe, 1 MHz and 3 MHz ultrasound therapy device, Nuopuen supported independent third-party testing associated with the client’s FDA-related requirements. The client subsequently brought the product to market.
Testing support for a new project is scoped to its intended use, target market and agreed responsibilities. Applicable reports and deliverables are identified for the particular product.

TEST DOCUMENTATION

The supplied excerpt shows a frequency scan and a table of six measurement points. The details below are transcribed from the visible record.
This excerpt documents one radiated-emission measurement record. It is not a complete EMC report or an FDA approval document. The EUT and Mode fields are blank in the supplied image, so it is not assigned here to a specific device model or to the Hong Kong case.
